Privacy notice

This notice describes how MYSWARE handles personal information on mysware.com. MYSWARE is an independent software business based in Istanbul, Türkiye. The contact address is admin@mysware.com.

The notice describes actual practice. It is not a certification, a regulatory filing, or a company registration record.

It covers information you submit through the contact form and the limited technical data the server uses to receive that request. The site does not offer user accounts.

If you send the form, MYSWARE receives your name, email address, company name if you provided one, and your message. The server also uses the IP address of the request for short-lived abuse prevention held in memory. That address is not copied into the email.

Consent is required. The form states that the information is used to respond to your inquiry.

The information is used to read and answer your message, and to reduce automated abuse of the form. It is not used for advertising profiles and it is not sold.

When email delivery is configured on the server, the message is sent to MYSWARE’s mailbox. When it is not configured, the form does not send the message and tells you that nothing was sent.

This website does not use analytics, advertising, or other non-essential cookies, and it does not show a cookie consent banner. The contact form does not set a cookie.

The application is built not to rely on tracking cookies. A separate cookie banner would only restate that fact.

We do not sell personal information. If mail delivery is enabled, the configured mail server processes the message in order to deliver it. The hosting provider processes connection data as part of serving the site.

Correspondence is kept so a conversation you started can continue. Rate-limit records stay in server memory and are discarded when they expire or the process restarts. To ask about a message you sent, email admin@mysware.com.

You may email us to ask what correspondence we hold from you, or to ask us to delete a message, subject to any need to keep it for an open conversation or a legal obligation. People writing from Türkiye can address requests with the rights described in the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 in mind. This page is not a VERBİS registration.

When the practice changes, this page will be updated and the publication date will change with it.
